I paint my first large-scale abstract painting in acrylic on canvas. Seeking inspiration from Takesada Matsutani of the Gutai group out of Osaka, Japan, the results of my painting end up leaning more towards a Gerhard Richter style.

TRANSGRESSION, together with my paintings Peonies Mysterium and Death Makes The Market, illustrate a hidden Allegory of the Sacrificial Male. TRANSGRESSION is a blood-letting, Death Makes The Market is an Osirian dephallicization, and Peonies Mysterium is the dawn of a new messiah out of the ensuing river of blood.

Following is a video of me painting TRANSGRESSION, as well as various detail images.
