San Jacopo: Outpost of The Knights Templar in Florence
The Knights Templar had an outpost in Florence beginning in 1206 at the Chiesa di San Jacopo in Campo Corbolini in Florence, Italy. It was eventually passed onto the Knights of St John (Knights of Malta, Knights of Rhodes).
Both of the crests shown in the photos - the one above the door, and the one high up on the outer corner of the complex - seem to be formed in the shape of Baphomet's head.
